Our Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our non pro-rated limited lifetime warranty is backed by a commitment to ensure your windows are functioning as expected, which warrants against defects in materials and workmanship, occurring as a result of the manufacturing process, covering glass, frame and hardware.
The limited warranty on your Arctic Vinyl Windows and Doors is also transferrable should you sell your home. The warranty is to the original owner and is in effect as long as you own your own home.
A portion of the warranty can be transferred to a new owner provided that a written notification in ownership is received via VWD and a $150 transfer fee within 30 days of the property changing ownership, else the warranty ceases to be in effect.
A transferred warranty is limited to a period of 10 years from the date of the original purchase of windows.*
