The limited warranty on your Arctic Vinyl Windows and Doors is absolutely transferrable should you sell your home. The warranty is to the original owner and is in effect as long as you own your own home. A portion of the warranty can be transferred to a new owner provided that a written notification in ownership is received via VWD and a $150 transfer fee within 30 days of the property changing ownership, else the warranty ceases to be in effect. A transferred warranty is limited to a period of 10 years from the date of the original purchase of windows.*
